For scrap yards and parts sellers
Know what came off which car, what is on which shelf, and what it sold for.
Book a car in, record the parts as you strip it, price them, and put them in front of buyers — with one number for stock that the shop and the shelf both read from.
No card needed to start. Everything the Pro plan does, for 14 days.
How a day runs
A car comes in
Registration, VIN, what you paid, which yard it is standing in. It is on the list before it is off the truck.
It gets stripped
Log parts as you pull them, twenty at a time, on a phone. Each one gets a grade in your own words.
Somebody checks the work
A manager reviews and prices what the floor logged before any of it can reach a buyer.
It goes on the shop
Your own storefront on your own address. Publishing takes stock from the same count the yard works to.
An order arrives
Pick it, pack it, dispatch it. Cancelling puts the parts back on the shelf instead of losing them.
The paperwork follows
GST invoices with the right split worked out from where you and the buyer are, not chosen by hand.
Things we have decided not to pretend about
Grades mean what you say they mean
A, B and C are your standard, written in your words, shown to your buyers. We do not define them for you — a grade is a claim about a physical part, and only the person who looked at it can make one.
Prices are yours too
The pricing rules apply your arithmetic: what you paid, what you price against, and the multipliers you choose. Nothing is repriced until you have seen exactly what would change.
Search is honest about being search
Your buyers search your catalogue by name, part number and fitment. It is a database query, not a search engine, and for a yard’s catalogue that is the right size of tool.
Buyers check out as guests
There are no buyer accounts yet. Somebody can find a part, buy it and track the order without signing up for anything — and there is no order history for them to come back to.
Try it with one real car
The fastest way to know whether this fits your yard is to book in the next car that arrives and strip it on the screen alongside the spanner. Half a day tells you more than any demonstration.
